A look at the work we completed to boost KOORA’s sales, SEO performance, and overall website conversion.
1. Upgraded Product Pages With A+ Content
One of the biggest wins came from completely reworking the product pages. We added A+ content across all key products to make each page feel more polished, more trustworthy, and easier to understand.
This included:
- Clean visual sections that explain materials, features, and benefits
- High-quality videos/images that break up text and make the pages easier to skim
- Keyword-rich copy written in a natural, helpful tone to improve organic search visibility
This upgrade alone helped boost conversion rates because shoppers could quickly see why KOORA luggage stands out. At the same time, the added depth and keyword coverage strengthened the pages for SEO.
2. Introduced Smart Conversion Tactics
To make the buying decision feel easier and more compelling, we added a few simple but powerful CRO elements.
Real-time urgency labels
We introduced the “XX people added this to their cart in the past 24 hours” message. It taps into social proof, gently nudging shoppers who are on the fence.
Collapsible product descriptions
Instead of overwhelming users with long chunks of text, we organized everything into neat collapsible tabs. This helped:
- Keep pages clean
- Make mobile browsing smoother
- Allow more keyword-optimized content to live on the page without hurting the experience
Sticky Add to Cart button on mobile
Mobile shoppers scroll a lot. Without a visible CTA, brands often lose conversions. We added a sticky Add to Cart button so the main action stays in sight no matter where the user is on the page.
All of these changes contributed to higher conversion rates across the board.
3. SEO Improvements Across the Site
We strengthened KOORA’s SEO foundation by adding keyword-optimized content in the site’s most important areas.

We added optimized collapsible footer text on the home page and every collection page. This created:

We developed a full Black Friday campaign that combined good timing, strong offers, and consistent brand visuals.

- Emphasizes the offer without feeling “salesy”
- Looks like a natural extension of the brand

Early launch strategy
Instead of waiting for the crowded Black Friday rush, we launched the campaign two weeks early. This gave KOORA:
