We introduced the “XX people added this to their cart in the past 24 hours” message. It taps into social proof, gently nudging shoppers who are on the fence.

Collapsible product descriptions

Instead of overwhelming users with long chunks of text, we organized everything into neat collapsible tabs. This helped:

  • Keep pages clean
  • Make mobile browsing smoother
  • Allow more keyword-optimized content to live on the page without hurting the experience
