Gogrowth Labs · Audit intake
About minutes left

Thank you

That’s everything we need to start.

Thank you. Our team starts pulling your ad account, store and courier data today. Your audit lands within 5 working days — please give us that time, there is nothing further for you to do. If we hit something odd we’ll email you; we won’t chase.

Your audit lands
Emailed to by 6pm IST. One document, not a dashboard login.

What you’ll get
  • Whether the advertising is making money at your real margin — after shipping, gateway, COD returns.
  • Where spend is going that shouldn’t be, account by account, campaign by campaign.
  • What your store is doing to the ads: checkout, product pages, pricing, stock.
  • A ranked list of what to fix first, with the number attached to each.

Loose ends
Not a problem — here’s what each one costs, if you want to come back to it.

Payment received

Your audit starts the moment we can see your accounts.

Today
You fill this in. We start on the accounts as access lands.

Your audit, in your inbox. One document.

This page keeps your answers in this browser, so you can close the tab and pick up where you left off.

Welcome back, . Access and two numbers are done.
Picking up in Your numbers — question 3.

These four arrive blank today, so a finished audit cannot be matched back to a brand. All four are required.
Your email*
Where the finished audit lands. Use the inbox you actually read.

Brand name*
The name we should use for you in the document.

Website*
Your live store URL, so we open the right storefront.

WhatsApp number*
How we reach you if an access invite bounces. Include the country code.

Meta ads account
Add our four reviewers to your Business Manager with view-only access, then paste your ad account ID so we know which account to open. We can read your results. We cannot spend, edit or pause anything.

Required

  1. Go to business.facebook.com and sign in.
  2. Click the gear icon (Settings) in the bottom left.
  3. In the left menu open Users → People.
  4. Click Invite people, top right, and enter the four addresses below. Meta accepts several at once, separated by commas.
  5. On the next screen open Ad accounts, tick the account you want reviewed, and set the permission to View performance.
  6. Click Invite. If Meta only accepted one address, repeat for the other three.
  7. Copy your ad account ID from the same screen, under the account name. It starts act_.

Ad account → View performance
Dataset or Pixel → View. Optional, but it is how we check your conversion tracking is firing cleanly.
Do not grant Manage campaigns or Manage ad account.

All four addresses need adding, they are four different reviewers. Meta renames these menus every few months, so if the wording does not match, look for anything that says People under Users.
Meta business settings with Users then People open in the left menu, and the Invite people button highlighted top right

Settings → Users → People. The button you want is Invite people, top right.

Top of the same screen, starts with act_

Google Ads
Invite our shared address as a read-only user, then paste your customer ID so we know which account it landed on. Read only means we can see everything and change nothing.

Required

  1. Sign in to ads.google.com.
  2. Click Admin in the bottom left. On some accounts this is a gear icon.
  3. Open Access and security.
  4. On the Users tab, click the blue + button.
  5. Enter the address below.
  6. Set the access level to Read only, then Send invitation. We accept within a few hours.
  7. Your customer ID sits top right, 10 digits. Paste it below.

Shopify store
We are a Shopify Partner, so we use a collaborator request rather than a staff account. It does not use up one of your paid staff seats, and it sits in its own list that is easy to review. Paste your 4-digit code and we send the request for you to approve.

Required

  1. You need to be the store owner for this.
  2. In your Shopify admin go to Settings, bottom left, then Users.
  3. Open Security in the left menu. On older stores it is a section further down the Users page.
  4. Find Collaborator request code, a 4-digit number, and paste it below.
  5. We send the request. It appears under Users → Collaborators for you to approve.
Permissions to grant when you approve
Orders (view), Products, Analytics, Online Store, Marketing
Orders and Analytics both matter. Orders alone hides your traffic, Analytics alone hides your revenue.

We send the collaborator request within a few hours of you submitting this form. It arrives in the Notifications section of your Shopify admin, and under Users → Collaborators — approve it from either.
Shopify Security page with Securityoutlined in the left menu and the four-digit collaborator request code outlined beside Generate new code

On Security, the code sits under Collaborators — the four digits beside Generate new code. Click them to copy.

Courier panel
Shiprocket, Delhivery, iThink, Bluedart — whichever you use. This is the only place your undelivered-COD rate actually exists, and for most brands it's the single largest cost per order. Skip it and you'll answer that from memory in the next section.

Helpful

  1. Open your courier panel and find its users, team or sub-account settings.
  2. Add the address below as a user. View or read-only is enough — we only need the delivery and RTO reports.
  3. Tell us which panel you use below, so we know where to look.
