How to request data deletion

Please send an email to our support team with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:

• Your registered email address

   

• Your account or business name (if applicable)

What happens next

Once we receive your request:

• We will verify your identity

   

• All personal data associated with your account will be permanently deleted from our systems

   

• This includes profile details, stored leads, usage data, and any related records

   

The process is usually completed within 7 business days.
After deletion, the data cannot be recovered.

Exceptions

Some limited information may be retained only if required by law, accounting, or fraud prevention, and will not be used for any other purpose.
